Our Offerings

Birth Doula Offerings

As your birth doula, I will provide continuous support during labor and birth. This includes emotional support, physical comfort measures, education, and community resources. My goal is to help you have a positive and empowering birth experience. This service provides:

Two prenatal visits in your home providing tools, stretches, and education, 1-2 hour sessions
Creating a custom birth vision
Continuous support in labor including comfort measures, movement, positions, and anything else that feels helpful to you
Support and education for your partner to foster a peaceful and connected experience
One postpartum in home visit approximately 2 weeks postpartum
Availability by text, phone call, email for support throughout pregnancy
On call services 3 weeks before your due date
Planned Cesarean Births are offered at a 50% rate

Body Ready Method®

Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic Floor, and Movement Patterns. These pillars help with the following:

A more efficient birth
Minimize pregnancy aches and pains
Optimize recovery
Minimize unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction
Optimize pelvic floor responsiveness
Work smarter not harder

Postpartum Offerings

I will provide practical and emotional support during the early weeks and months of your baby's life. This includes assistance with feeding, newborn care, light housework, and emotional support as you navigate the transition to parenthood. This service provides:

Postpartum services are hourly, allowing you to customize your care
Troubleshooting with feeding and sleeping cycles
Spending time with your baby so you can rest
Basic household tasks: running errands, meal preparation, dishes, pump parts/ bottle washing, or helping with laundry
Local community resource list for any additional support you may need
Food Handlers Permit with Tulsa Health Department and allergy awareness trained

DIY Doula-it-Yourself

Not sure if you can afford a Doula or want physical support at birth? Check out this package!

Includes one informational meeting with you and your partner, 1-2 hours long
Includes discussions on positions, movement, and comfort strategies that your partner or other support person(s) can implement
Brief birth vision planning
Educational resources
If you decide you want professional support at your birth, this fee will be subtracted from the total birth doula fee

Breastfeeding Support

I offer in-home lactation support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. I am pursuing a certification as a Lactation Counselor. This service provides:

One hour session to look at latch, milk supply issues or other breastfeeding challenges
Assistance with breastfeeding tools such as nipple shields, SNS nursing systems, and breast pumps
Provide referrals to an IBCLC if needed
A follow up phone or video call 1-2 days later
